Dear Parents / Guardians,
We are adding a hands-on module on leadership unit as part of our center initiative to prepare students as an independent learner with unique abilities.
The unit is called: Speak up and never give up the master chef way.
The Objective of this unit:

1. Enhance speech communication
2. Explore creative skill
3. Enhance self-confident
To fully success in this module, we need your support to provide these items:
1. Cooking oil
2. Anchovies /shrimps/corn
3. Shallots
4. Eggs
5. Bread
6. A large can of tuna or sardine.
7. A packet of chicken breast
The menus which the students shall be preparing are:
1. sardine/tuna rolls,
2. fritters (cekodok)
3. Chicken popcorn.
Do let us know which items you are willing to donate. The center will provide the deep fryer, flour, salt, breadcrumbs, salad, turmeric powder and drinks for all the students.
We shall ensure you that the environment for this activity is very safe. We have 3 adults to monitor this activity.
